links to external files 
Most types of pricing data can be linked to external files - either on your own PC, your network or the Internet. For example you may want to lonk your schedule to a set of drawings, site specs or commincations with client. Resources could have a link to a web page with images and material specifications etc.

To Add a Link
- Open the Links form (Extended Data Views)
- Select the item you want to add the links to (most tables)
- Select the type of file you want to link
- Use the Browse to select or enter a web address
Links can be accessed by double-clicking or using the functions
